Hello. I have trouble getting asleep since I've lost a job in October. I spend about an hour in bed, then look TV, then drink tea, then spend one more hour, and only at about 4 o'clock at the morning I start sleeping. Sleep is bad, with nightmares. Can you propose a cure?
Hi. I was recently diagnosed with fibromyalgia - like many others put up with years of symtoms.
Anyway...I was on elavil but having terrible mood side-effects. GP said I could go off, so I did, but am having extremely restless sleeps again -still grinding teeth, jiggly/shaking feet... I am wondering if melatonin would be a thing to try? I am affected very easily by drugs and would prefer not to have to take other sleep aids. And can it affect blood sugars and blood pressure?
