Skelaxin is developed in order to ease painful musculoskeletal conditions.

You should not be treated with this medicine in case you have serious problems with liver or kidneys.

The average dose is 800 milligrams (2 pills) 3 or 4 times per day.

Skelaxin Safety Information

In case of missing a dose of Metaxalone, take it as soon as you remember to do so. However, if it's about time to take your next dose, skip the missed one and follow your regular schedule. Thus take the next dose when it's time for it. Never take a double dose at once. Do not exceed the dosage. In case of overdose seek the medical care immediately!

Keep Metaxalone safe from heat, moisture, and light. Store this product at room temperature. Keep this product out of the reach of children. Keep safe from pets.

Skelaxin Side Effects

Side effects cannot be anticipated.

Consult with your health care provider right away in case you notice any disturbing problems.

Consult with your health care specialist in case if the most common side effects are continuous, and if they bother you too much: headache, irritability, nausea, staggers, sleepiness, vomiting, stomach disorder, nervousness.

You should not take this preparation in case you have an allergy to any component in it. You should tell your doctor in case you are under the risk of anemia or a special liver or kidney condition.

Children under 12 years should not be treated with this medicine. Safety for this category of patients has not been confirmed.

Consult with your health care specialist in case of pregnancy or breast-feeding. This medicine should not be taken during the pregnancy. The extraction into the breast milk has not been researched.
